Good to know before you start

Sending has limits. All reminders go out through one shared sending account with daily and monthly limits. On a very busy day a reminder can wait in a queue and go out later, usually within a day. Your dashboard marks those as Queued, never Sent, and a queued reminder is dropped if your client uploads first.
Free trials send a little less per day than paid plans do.
Wrong file? Use ↩ Send back on the upload. Same documents every month? Turn on 🔁 Repeats monthly for that task.

Nudge every 3 days If the client goes quiet for 3 days and this still isn't uploaded, we email them again, and keep going every 3 days until it is.

Repeat every month On the 1st of each month, 9 a.m. in the time zone above, a fresh copy is added (for example "Bank statements (December 2026)") and the client is emailed. Earlier months' uploads are kept. Turn it off any time.
